Learning IELTS has really helped me a lot. I’m so thankful for everyone[爱心] for giving me such a happy character..
First, my listening teacher. She’s really pretty and kind, like a big sister. I always feel embarrassed if I can’t catch what the audio is saying in class. But she would play it again and again until I understood. She would carefully correct my mistakes. A little kindness can really touch me. I’m grateful to her. She’s a responsibility teacher.
Then there’s my speaking teacher. Maybe because When the time pass by, not many students wanted to talk in class, and I was the only one who kept answering and asking questions. So he often called on me. I asked some silly questions, like “How old are the examiners in the real test?” or “Will they laugh if I say something wrong?” He answered all of them seriously. He’s a very patient teacher.
Until today, I realized that he and some of my classmates are truly kind and sincere. I told them about a boy I really liked before, and how we ended badly. My English was not great—I stuttered a lot—but the teacher kept helping me find the right words. And no one looked bored or laughed at me. When I finished, everyone was quiet. Then a few students even got angry and said, “卧槽?”“这还是人?”
The teacher’s face changed when he heard my story. The first thing he said wasn’t about analyzing it, or asking about my mom’s illness. He asked, “So, you must have felt really hopeless at that time, right?” I almost cried. I didn’t say anything.
Then he calmed down and said, “He can told you he didn’t understand why you asked for that, and said he wouldn’t do it. But instead, he chose to hurt you in a bad way.” He sighed and said, “Let’s talk after class.Let me help you to judge him.”
After class, he came to me again and asked, “So, is your mom getting treatment now?”
He’s a complete stranger, and a foreigner, but he showed me such kindness.
Thank you all. Maybe you don’t know it, but you are the sweetest part of my journey to reach my dream, and the most powerful memory I’ll keep.
I will be the first one to take the IELTS test[爱心]. Even if life is uncertain, even if we never see each other again, I hope you all have a better future!
