　　汉之广矣不可泳思
　　江之永矣不可方思
　　Great tree in the south
　　But not for me to rest
　　Lovely girl opposite the river
　　But not for me to marry her
　　So wide the river is
　　But not for me to swim across
　　So long the river is
　　But not for me to sail across.
