“It's good,”练习生们还没来得及高兴,就听见Lisa继续说,“but it's also bad.”(很不错,但也很糟糕。)
姜景宪低头抿了抿唇,有些忐忑地听Lisa评价。
“The good news is that each of you has a distinct personal style, a memory point, and none of your strengths overlap.”(好的一点是你们每个人个人风格都很鲜明,有记忆点,而且各自的闪光点并没有重合。)Lisa顿了一下,“But here's the problem. Your personal styles are both too strong, which makes the combination look nonconformist. Especially the existence of the Center…Jingxian, I can't see the other team members in the performance. Jingxian, I think you can press down a little, as a Center to balance the team.”(但问题也在这里,你们的个人风格都太过强烈,导致这个组合看起来不伦不类。尤其是景宪这个C位的存在,其他的队员我在表演中看不到你们,景宪我想你可以稍微压一压,作为C位去平衡一下团队。)
“It was great!everyone did a great job.Center you have to remember the importance of this position, you can't be too bright or too dark in the show, you have to remember that you are a team.”(很棒,每一个人都做得很好,中心位你要记得这个位置的重要性,在演出中你不能太亮也不能太暗,要记住你们是一个团队。)
姜景宪点点头,她明白这个位置的重要性,这一次的确是她没有认真对待。
解决过大问题后,Lisa又立即投身教学,将每个人动作上的小失误都单拎了出来,进行精细的个人指导。
短暂的舞蹈课结束时,Lisa也不忘鼓励众人:“I'll tell you confidentially, of all the teams today, yours was the best teamwork.”(我偷偷告诉你们,在今天所有的团队中,你们的团队协作是最好的。)
