      书写认真既是一种习惯,也是对教师劳动的尊重。
      (六)严格管理
      1.课堂纪律:重抓纪律,要卡点进入会议模式,授课老师务必要求学生准时上线,及时签到。
      2.上线人员要齐全,对拖拉的同学、签了到就退出的同学,要点名批评。
      3.严格要求学生是保障线上学习效果的必要条件,严师方能调教出自律的学生。
