Having convinced the significance of digital agricultural technologies, which pushes forward the agricultural revolution and offers development opportunities to all countries,
Approving contributions FAO has made to digital agriculture that it builds a bridge for developing countries to receive technological support from developed countries, and it also provides with humanitarian aid for the least developed countries,
Recalling the past actions to the development of digital agriculture, including international cooperation that unable technologies sharing, more advanced countries sending experts to underdeveloped countries, international organizations developing databases, platforms and applications, etc,
Recognizing current problems, including lack in labour forces, low educational level, digital divides between developed and developing countries, etc,
Demands that advanced countries share important technologies with developing countries on platforms, applications or send expert teams to narrow the digital divide;
Encourages developing countries to pay more attention on agricultural education and reeducating small householders by setting up academics;
Recommends governments to provide with support to encourage the young to return to rural areas, and .

Lease of land, which means providing land for agriculture to safeguard food security;

Using high technology for higher output, including automation, gene analyzing,and water recycling systems.
