“这个项目是一个风险很大的项目，一块在天津一环内的地皮。但是这块地皮的风险很高，一旦做了不合适的项目我们就很有可能亏本。但当下最重要的并不是我们怎么安排这块地皮，而是有家风投公司也看上了这块地皮，我目前还没想好怎么处理对面公司，一旦出了风险我们有一定可能承担不起。”
常温接下来打开了笔记本里的一份合同和对家公司发来的合约条款。对家公司的财务意思是说，如果要让他们退出这个项目就要和他们公司入股并且要让出三个点的股份，这三个点的股份如果让出来那么这个项目对于常温来说就没有投资的必要了。
“他们提出的这个要求实在是不合理，问问他们有没有商量的余地，虽然他们是风投公司，但刚刚听你这么描述，我大概知道是哪家风投了。”徐林拿着手里的电脑，一边看着合约一边对常温商量道。

早上常温起来的时候，外面的雪依旧在下，可他怀里的少年却想出去玩。常温想了想说道：“也好，带你去散散心。”徐林蹭了蹭他的手没有说话，常温打心底越发觉得眼前这个少年越来越可爱了！
“哥哥！我能去堆雪人吗？”听起来像是想要自己去的话，实际上却紧紧地抓着常温的手不放。常温没有说话，任由徐林拉着自己的手往前走。

可能是因为常温从小到大没和小孩子相处过吧，于是出自常温比他大，就亲了徐林一下，亲在了他的脸颊上，他的脸真的好软啊。
“哥哥，我问你个问题好吗？”徐林抬头看了看常温随即问道。
“好啊，什么问题啊？”
