1、Preface

　　Since you have mastered the principle of English.This series will be written in this very language and serve to complement your study from a cultural and historical perspective,which, I believe, is more important than memorizing textbooks or even a thick dictionary.

　　Language is the medium of culture,and culture is the face of certain value system. If you do not know the deep root of the \"sense of time\" in western culture,tense will be hard to comprehend.Based on this attitude towards time, came the concept(and many other things) \"time value\" in Finance,which is a devil-angel.Your mom can tell you a whole lot of finance, I will save my energy here.

　　The stories I shall tell here are about foreign countries. Mostly European,some African,some Asian,some South America.North America is not worthy my effort here,you have heard my talking about it way too much.

　　I would like to choose Great Britain as a start,and you will know why.
