　　1：Talk About the Teachers
　　Teachers play an important part in our development. They will bring us lots of influence. Fortunately, I met a good head teacher, Mr. King, after I go to the middle school. He is knowledgeable and patient. Even if he has a few bad features, he never gives up trying to be perfect. For example, he used to be strict and angry with us. But now he treats us as friends. We also find that teacher can be easy to get along with. From the chats between Mr. King and I, I know that he always worried about the students in one-parent family. Their hearts have been hurt once. So that when the teacher has to punish them, he always takes care of their moods in order not to hurt them again. I always dream of being a teacher. So I think of this problem carefully. If I were him, I’d chat with those students, and tell them that although their parent is no longer with them, but they will watch them grow up all along. They will take pride in their achievement and be angry with their mistakes. I’m sure in this way they can correct their mistakes. Also Mr. King has some rules for us. But he is still loved by us. So if I were a teacher, I’d make my students wear uniforms. To be honest I know the uniforms are not fashionable as our own clothes. But it can make students look smart and fit them well. And I’d allow them to get their ears pierced. Because dressing is a right of every one.

　　In the past 2 years, lots of things have changed, such as my teacher Mr. King. Mr. King is my music teacher, he used to have curly hair, but now he has straight hair. When I was in Grade 1, he used to wear casually, but now he often wears a set of suit and a tie or some clothes which suit him fine. He used to be a quiet happy man, but now he’s easily angry with us. In the old days, he used to speak to us softly, but you can’t suppose the man who always shuts at students is Mr. King. Students and teachers are familiar with each other, I think most of teacher have problems. For example, lots of students talk during the lesson. If I were a teacher, I’d increase schoolwork for them. And I’d also make some rules. I think students are not allowed to talk or eat in class, students aren’t allowed to get ear pierced, but student are allowed to wear uniforms to school. And there’re also many rules are made to obey by students. Now I strongly believe that the job as a teacher is very hard and need a patient heart. So no matter you do, don’t make your teacher unhappy.

　　I think I’m lucky to meet the teacher called Miss King. She has taught us for two more years already. We all like her, because of her interesting classes. In the past few years, she has changed. She used to have quite short hair. But now her hair grows longer. And she used to wear glasses, now she wears contact lenses. We all say that she looks more beautiful. And she used to be serious and kind of too strict with us. But now we feel that she’s more gentle. Because I’m one of monitors in class, I can have many chances to communicate with teacher. So I know teachers always have too many problems. For example, Miss King is worried about some students who love to play computer and hate to study. If I were the teacher, I’d visit their home to know why they often play computer and why they hate to study. And then I’d communicate with them, and tell them that playing computer is relaxing, but playing too much computer is bad for health, and they will fell bored after playing for a long time. They might feel bored to study, but studying is very important for their whole lives and so on. I think they would understand after the talk. I said Miss king had used to be serious and strict with us. To be honest, she is still strict with us sometimes now. I think teachers shouldn’t be too strict with students. And students should be allowed to do the things that they want to do if it doesn’t bother their studies. But I think students need rules. For example, student shouldn’t be allowed to wear their own clothes. Because if they do, they will pay more attention to dress than to study. At last, I hope that teacher can be better and better, we will love her more.
