2、School begins

　　Chapter 2 School begins

　　“Hello, everybody. My name is Lichee Sun. Actually, I don’t like lichee very much because it’s too hot in traditional Chinese Medicine level and I will grow acne on my poor face. I come from Guangzhou but my Cantonese isn’t very good since I grew up in Tianhe district. You know that place attracts a lot of outsiders so Cantonese is not popular enough. What else do you want to know Hobbies Ok, that’s a classical question. I like reading internet novels since they can give me enough creative and interesting ideas. The real world cannot fulfill me. I also like swimming although I am not good at it. I think I shouldn’t introduce too much to you or you won’t be interested in me. If you want to know me, just come and make friend with me. Exploring byyourself will be more attractive.”
　　After reciting my introduction to my classmates, I just come back to my seat. The high school life just begins and everyone is shining their eyes with curiosity.
　　“Hey, Lichee, could I call you like this My name is Sherry Lin and you can call me Sherry. I hope we can be good desk mate.” A girl with round face and ponytail smells to me. One bad thing happens in Chinese education is that the teachers are always afraid us to have puppy love so we have to seat with people of the same gender. Why aren’t they afraid that we will have puppy and homosexual love
　　“Hi, Sherry. Nice to meet you and I really think that we need to get our clothes for military training first.” Military training, is another bad thing for me. I am swarthy enough, but after the military training, I will definitely become an African-like girl.
　　“Ok, let’s go.” Sherry says without any hesitation and comes to hold my hands.
　　Look, I still think that teachers shouldn’t kill the puppy love by encouraging the same gender friendship. We just know each other within some seconds and now we behave like lesbians. And the behavior cannot catch any attention because it’s popular among Chinese young girls!
　　I think secretly and let my new little friend direct our way.

　　We not only get our clothes for military training but also our school’s uniforms. They share the same characteristics: ugly and green. The one for military training is dark green or groovy green; the school uniforms just are green like the frogs. The weight of all the clothes gives pressure to me. I am growing up.
　　“Don’t frowns or you will get wrinkles.” Sherry interrupts my meditation, her sparkly eyes twinkling with mischief, “It’s not our business to consider too much, isn’t it?”
　　I hope so.
