1、当父亲歌唱时

　　母亲悲切而嗤笑地
　　望着父亲
　　当他歌唱时
　　在她怜悯的纵容中
　　品尝片刻的解脱
　　她有吗？
　　他们无法得知
　　孩子只知道
　　母亲从不歌唱

　　Mother, sadly and with a sneer
　　Looking at father
　　When he sings
　　In her pitying indulgence
　　Savouring a moment's relief
　　Did she?
　　They can't know
　　All the children know is
　　A mother never sings
