OnAFadedViolet一朵枯萎的紫罗兰
Theodorfromtheflowerisgone,这朵花的芬芳，已经消隐
Whichlikethykissesbreathedonme;像你的吻对我吐露过的气息
Thecolorfromtheflowerisflown,这朵花的颜色，已经凋陨
Whichglowedofthee,andonlythee!它曾使我想起你独有的光辉
Ashriveled,lifeless,vacantform,一个萎缩、僵死、空虚的形体
Itliesonmyabandonedbreast,被搁置在我冷落的胸襟
Andmockstheheart,whichyetiswarm,以它冷漠、寂静、无声的安息
Withcoldandsilentrest.嘲弄我依旧热烈的痴心
Iweep----mytearsreviveitnot;我哭泣，泪水不能使它复生
Isigh----itbreathesnomoreonme;我叹息，不再向我吐露气息
Itsmuteanduncomplaininglot它静默无声无所怨尤的命运
