I don't think Heping can go abroad with Jiaqi. Their situation is totoally different from Dongzi's. Dongzi's parents did not stop him when dongzi went to the united states. As well, Heping's parents would not stop him if he wanted to go abroad. But he can not get a marriage certificate with Jiaqi. And Jiaqi can not go with him without the marriage certificate. Heping tried his best to get a future for his girl when they were still together. Now he is trying his best to forget her, because he feels guilty. All of them are miserable, because of love in their mind!
