　　4.Laboratory analyses and method validation
　　According to the collected samples, laboratory analysis included the following indexes: Temperature, TN, NH3-N, NO3-N, NO2-N, TP, CODMn. All quality assurance measures related to the study design will be followed. This will include ensuring that all testing personnel are trained to use appropriate equipment for testing and that standard practices for all equipment are followed, the testing procedures will be completely edited by SEPA and published by China in accordance with \"Analytical Methods for Water and Wastewater Monitoring\" (4th edition) Environmental Science Press (Table 2.1). In addition, quality control of the samples taken will include weekly laboratory analysis and additional checks in the event of abnormal water quality indicators measurements to ensure the quality of the data collected and validation of the methods used.
