长久以来,我国居民普遍在脂肪、畜禽肉类、食用油和食盐等方面摄入量过高,蔬菜、水果、大豆坚果类和鱼虾类等摄入偏低。但报告显示(中国营养学会组织编写的《中国居民膳食指南科学研究报告(2022)》)。相较于之前,我国居民的营养状况和身体素质正在明显改善,膳食质量普遍提高,居民蔬菜摄入量仍稳定,优质蛋白摄入不断增加。
这种现象的出现离不开科技的进步,也离不开现代媒体的发展。正因为社会经济水平的稳步增长和现代媒体的发展让居民开始意识到健康饮食结构的重要性。
