　　Building the floating cities is very important for every country. It is a very good solution to the increasing number of urban populations. Chile is also in great need of it. We think it’s important to do it because we must act to respond the increase of the population. Also, it is a good way to have fishery resources.
　　Meanwhile, it is more important for Chile to attach importance to protecting the marine environment. The ocean means much to us. There are penguins in Chile, a huge quantity. Also, there are much rare species like blue whales and sea otters. We have to protect these adorable lives or we are going to ruin ourselves.
　　We have done much on marine protection. And we are going to do more. We have built reserves which are as large as one third of our country.
　　We also want to cooperate with other countries. We can help the countries which are lack of money. We can help them by working together and provide them with economic support. We are also be able to provide them with cheaper human resources and money. Also, we can communicate with each other to figure out ways to improve our technique in order to protect our ocean better. We can also work with some institutions and organizations.
　　We think if we work together and make a bright future.
