《Space Travel》星遥雪落

　　The clock strikes twice in the afternoon at the central airport of Mars, and my spaceship will arrive in a few minutes. So I pick up my suitcase and go to the security gate to check in. You see, today is 19th, Dec,3003 AD, the holiday of us Martians in honor of our ancestor who first came here and settled down. And I’m going on a trip to Epsilon Eridani, a planet discovered many years ago which is famous for its beautiful environment in space.

　　I get on board, find my seat and sit down. By the way, I knew that there must be many people in the aircraft today, so I booked the ticket a few days earlier and got a seat in a compartment for two. Looking around, I’m satisfied with the surroundings. It’s clean and tidy with no spots on the floor and the background music is pleasing to the ear.

　　I am wandering in my mind when a man comes in, and takes the seat next to me. He has yellow complexion, black hair and black eyes. He is tall and strong, though he is very old. He dresses neatly and his behavior is powerful. I’m sure that he must be an officer in the army before his retirement. But to my surprise, there are no expressions on his face on such a happy day. Detecting my staring at him, he looks up at me. My face broadens into a smile,“Hi! Good afternoon!” “Good afternoon, Miss.” He says, with no expressions as well. I can see in his mind that he really wish to be left alone, so I open a book and read it to kill the time.
