《A Call From the Ancient》阿嗣

1、 Wake up

　　A jangling bell jerks me out of unconsciousness. I grope beside my pillow, nothing. To stop the bell ringing, I have to open my tired eyes and find the mobile phone in my pocket, and then turn it off. When I give a stretch and get up as usual, I find everything around me has been changed. It is not in my room!
　　Instead of being filled up with TV set, computer, wardrobe and some other modern furniture, the room is filled with old-time furniture, most of which are made of wood and cloth. Where is it?
　　However, before I can understand what has happened, a serious voice interrupts me,“It seems that you feel well now.”I see a middle-aged woman walking towards me, and stops in some distance away from me. She is plain but her strange hairstyle and ancient costume really attracts me.
　　I used to see the same appearance in a costume piece. Suddenly, a premonition of disaster strikes me. Have I gone back to the ancient times? “Could…could you tell me what is the dynasty?” I ask her anxiously. She looks at me amazed and said :“A.D.690, Tang dynasty, don’t you know?” I sit on the floor in frustration. Now what should I do? How can I back to my world? The God makes a big joke with me.
　　“Has she waked up? She is needed. ” A man’s voice pulls me out of the thought. “Yes, she is ready now,” the woman replied. I raise my head and gaze at the armored man. He is tall and strong.
　　He looks as solemn as a statue.
　　He must be a warrior, I think.
　　He holds his spear and points to me, then said:“stand up, and follow me.”“Where will we go?” Believe me, at this time, I can nearly hear my heartbeat, I doubt whether he would kill me when he is irritated. “The Empress,” he is still expressionless, just flashes a look at me, he takes out a piece of cloth and covers my eyes with it. Then he grasps one of my arms and takes me out. Though it makes me uncomfortable, I give up struggling. Because I know any resistance would be in vain, obedience is the only way for me to survive. Besides, I am also very interested in the Empress. And she might be the person who can help me.
