28、23. Ultimate fight

　　Angel: Every witch in the world should do this. Except you.

　　第二天。Angel宅。
　　Damon放轻了动作起来洗漱穿衣，倒好一杯热水回到床边，Angel会神准的在赖床到热水变成温水的时候起来喝掉它。
　　可是今天Damon回来的时候Angel已经醒了。
　　Damon: “Get up so early？”
　　Angel不爽的说: “Not a good day to sleep in…”
　　Damon想了想，一耸肩: “Oh, okay.”开始解扣子。
　　“No no no…” Angel赶紧扑上去制止，被Damon捞住亲了一下才沮丧地说, “Today is full moon.”

　　Salvatore宅。
　　Stefan走下楼，客厅里，他的哥哥正在把一摞资料铺开，不甚热情的甩给了他一句早安。
　　Stefan: “What’s this all about？”
　　Damon站直了身子，睁大了眼睛用“你这个崽子还能再无知一些吗”的眼神看着他，这时Elena走下了楼，Damon摊开手，大声说: “Now let’s start.”
　　Elena收起手机: “Start what？ What’s all this？”
　　Damon: “Research, of course, not done by me.”他给弟弟和“弟妹”各塞了一份报告， “Keyword, bloodline.”
　　Elena: “Bloodline？”
　　Damon转身坐下: “Yep. There is a bloodline carried down by witches, werewolves, doppelgangers… all kinds of supernatural creatures, so Angel make a suspicion about if there is one between vampires.”
　　Elena: “But vampires can’t reproduce, right？”
　　Stefan猛地合上了报告: “However, eventually we all tied to one of those…”
　　Damon打个响指，露出一个大大的假笑: “Originals~~~”

　　而始祖们……
　　金盏花路6号，安全屋。
　　Sarah拿着一张单子，挨个核对门口的始祖们，邀请他们进门。
　　Katherine听见楼下的吵闹，匆匆下楼，门外，Klaus的声音传来，她迟疑的站在楼梯口。
　　Klaus的表情像个不能出去玩的小孩: “You can’t make me…”
　　“Yes, I can.” Angel直接打断了他，抬手把他推进门。
　　除了Finn，始祖们一个不落的进了门，Sarah笑眯眯的说: “I’ll make you some tea.”
　　Angel弯腰亲了一下Sarah的手背: “Add a cinnamon stick for me. Thank you Sarah.” Sarah笑着捏了下Angel的脸。Angel转过身正好看见Klaus的臭脸，嘴角立刻挂了下来。
　　简单的普通民居显然不符合Klaus高贵的品味，他讽刺的说: “I thought you won a mill in Vegas.”
　　“Ten mill, actually.” Angel悠闲的坐下， “but I don’t live here.”
　　Klaus转过头，楼梯口不敢出声的Katherine忍不住一颤。Klaus轻蔑的说: “But you do.”
　　话音还没落他就已经冲了过去，不过他大哥比他更快的挡在了他前面。
　　气氛很微妙……
　　Klaus嘲弄的看着自己的哥哥，而Elijah脸上没有表情，只是坚定而沉默的站在那里。
　　Angel接过Sarah递来的茶杯，事不关己的翻了个白眼。
　　一口茶还没喝进去，Kol一屁股坐在了他身边。
　　Angel: “…”

　　Salvatore宅。
　　门口，Stefan牵住Elena的手，回头看低头看手机的Damon: “You’re not coming？”
　　Damon含糊地说: “Uh, I need to go somewhere. You guys go.”说完收起手机向另一个方向离开了。
　　这种时候还乱跑，Stefan对Damon无奈了，心里决定待会一定要向Angel打小报告。

　　安全屋。
　　随着Caroline，Stefan和Elena的到来，气氛越发诡异了起来。
　　两个金发妹子彼此看不顺眼，Klaus既想讨好Caroline又想收拾Katherine，Katherine跟Elena相看两相厌，却又看着Elijah的背影欲语还休，而Angel被Kol烦的不行，听Stefan告诉他Bonnie那边传来的消息后看到Damon没乖乖来报道直接炸毛了。
　　但是Damon的手机根本打不通。
　　Angel脸色一收，Sarah一见他面无表情的样子就知道不好，非常有眼力的给他打开了电脑。
　　众人这回也顾不上吵架了，眼看着Angel手指在键盘上跳了几下，似乎打开了一个软件。Sarah体贴的解释: “A little software that can open the camera of a connected phone.”
　　但是屏幕一片漆黑，什么都没有。
　　Stefan: “What’s this means？”
　　Angel: “…”
　　他的眼睛被屏幕映的也变成了黑色，Sarah低声说: “The phone was destroyed.”

　　小镇的某个街道，Finn捏碎了一只手机，他脚边躺着被掰断了脊椎的Damon。

　　安全屋。
　　众人面面相觑，安静的气氛中传来极有节奏的咔哒声，Angel坐在沙发上，反复的将一把手枪拆开，再组合回去，每一个动作间时间完全一致，让那种节奏变得诡异了起来。
　　Rebekah烦躁的来回踱步。Stefan面色难看的要死，Elena握着他的手，不时担心的看看完全没有表情的Angel。
　　Angel反复的拆了好几遍，突然猛地伸出手抓住了一边的子弹，浸泡过马鞭草的木质子弹立刻灼烧了他的手。离Angel比较近的Kol和Caroline往前一扑，Caroline狠狠的拍了Angel好几下，看Angel毫无反应的样子，忍不住抓住他狂摇不已。
　　而Klaus站在离Angel最近的地方，却背过身没有看他。

　　女巫的白房子。
　　“Thank you Finn…”
　　Damon缓缓睁开了眼睛，郁闷的喷了口气。
　　Angel一定气死了……
　　忍着酸痛缓缓坐起来，这个破破烂烂的房子……混账女巫……
　　宝贝一定急死了……
　　手指微微一动，确定害自己落单的“罪魁祸首”还安然的待在自己口袋里，Damon的视线对上了房门口的Esther。
　　Esther: “Nice to meet you, Damon Salvatore.”
　　Damon挑起一边的眉毛，讽刺地说: “It could be nicer…”
　　Esther: “Sorry we had to meet this way. You should know that you are not my target. I brought you here purely for exchange.”
　　Damon呆了一刻，立刻明白了过来: “Mikael…”顿了一刻，Damon苍白的脸色更加难看了, “No… no no no… Klaus would never agree to do that!!”
　　Esther面色平静的看着他。
　　地下的凉气冒了起来，一瞬间传遍Damon全身，他自语一般地说: “You need a hunter… You knew Klaus has Mikael… And he won’t give him to anyone… you are trying to turn Angel against Klaus! Wow, how is that mother of the year.”
　　Damon讥讽的笑对Esther完全没有影响。她只是淡淡的说: “That’s not my decision to make.”
　　Damon眯起眼睛看着她: “Wait a sec… You are gonna kill me… in front of him… Angel will be devastated… ” Damon的声音渐渐低了下去，心里涌上了一股绝望, “You knew he will revenge on the original family… he’s your back-up hunter…”
　　Damon猛地弹了起来，早有准备的Esther一抬手，巨大的木笼哐啷一声罩住了Damon，他刚刚抓住栏杆的手立刻被灼烧的冒起了烟。
　　愤怒的嘶吼了一声，Damon憎恨的看着Esther。
　　从头到尾Esther的表情都没有过变化: “Actually I have the other plan made for him. But again, not my decision to make.”
　　她转身离开了，那股绝望终于攥住了Damon的心: “… He won’t get revenge…he will…” Damon缓缓闭上了眼睛, “kill himself…”

　　安全屋。
　　Elena的电话响了，Bonnie惊慌的声音传了出来。
　　挂了电话，Elena快要哭出来了，焦急的说: “Esther, Esther got Damon…”
　　Katherine翻了个白眼: “Such big news.”
　　Elena狠狠瞪了她一眼，继续说: “She said she want to exchange… Exchange for what!”
　　Angel低声说: “… Mikael…”
　　Klaus猛地攥紧了拳。
　　在Angel与Klaus联手放倒了Mikael之后，Klaus找巫师用一个很简单的咒语把他藏Mikael尸体的地方封了起来。破解那个咒语很简单，只需要一样东西，Klaus的血。
　　而现在，Klaus愿意放出Mikael——他的父亲，他那追杀自己自己一千年的父亲——让自己和自己的兄弟姐妹重新陷入危机之中，来交换自己唯一的朋友的爱人吗？
　　大家都知道那是不可能的……
　　Angel终于站了起来: “Klaus…”
　　Klaus猛地转过身打断了他: “Don’t, don’t say anything.”
　　“Seems like we both know what we are facing.” Angel平静的迎着Klaus紧绷的表情, “All I want to say is, no matter what you decide, that is your decision. It has nothing to do with mine.”
　　Klaus愣了一下，突然伸出手抓住Angel，咬着牙说: “Don’t you dare…”
　　Angel: “You can’t stop me…”
　　“No Angel.” Klaus愤怒的说, “Say something, make me a promise, say we can get through this!”
　　Angel脸上终于露出了一种崩溃般绝望的表情: “She’s being there for a thousand year to plot your death. You really think she’s gonna let Damon go, just that easy？”
　　Klaus: “…”
　　“If anything, anything happen to him…” Angel缓缓的摇了摇头: “I can’t go through that pain again…”
　　Klaus: “…please.”
　　Angel: “I’m not going to spend my eternity in pain.”
　　到了这个时候，大家终于明白两人在说什么了。
　　Caroline低声说: “Oh my god…”
　　Stefan走上两步，坚定的说: “Damon knows what you gonna do. He won’t let that happen. I won’t let that happen…”
　　Elena也走近一步: “Yes. We should do everything we can to stop her. Don’t give up now!”
　　Klaus与Angel对视了一会，突然松开了手，转过身拿起一把小刀握在掌心，暗红的血液滴滴答答的流了下来。
　　他将那个小瓶递给Angel，Angel接了过去，轻声说: “Thank you...”一闪身走了。
　　手心的伤口迅速愈合，Klaus低头抹去了血迹，一抬起头，就看见Rebekah站在他面前，眼中噙着泪。
　　Rebekah颤抖着说: “Brother…”
　　Klaus抿了抿唇，伸手揉了揉妹妹的头发。
　　Elijah走到两人身边，对Klaus说: “I’m so, proud of you.”

　　女巫的白房子。
　　随着夜幕降临，满月慢慢的升了起来，白房子前的空地上画着一个大圆，圆里用盐画着五芒星，每个角上点着一支火炬，Esther和Finn站在圆心，旁边躺着悲剧的Damon，Bonnie和Abby不知去向。
　　始祖兄妹走了过来。
　　Finn紧张的对Esther说: “Step aside.”
　　Esther握住他的手: “It’s ok. They can’t get inside.”
　　Klaus大步走近，火炬骤然腾高，无形的力量将他挡住了。
　　三兄弟面容严肃的望着自己的母亲。
　　Kol忍不住出言挑衅: “That’s lovely. We are stuck out here while the favourite son plays sacrificial lamb. How pathetic you are, Finn.”
　　Esther的声音带着淡淡的嘲弄: “Be quiet, Kol. Your brother knows virtue you cannot even imagine.”
　　Elijah: “Whatever you think of us, killing your own children would be an atrocity.”
　　Esther平静的说: “My only regret is that I didn’t let you die a thousand years ago.”
　　Klaus阴沉的看着Esther: “Enough. All this talk is boring me. End this now, mother, or I’ll send you back to hell.”
　　Esther走上几步，直视着自己的孩子们: “For a thousand years, I’ve been forced to watch you, felt the pain of every victim, suffered while you shed blood. Even you, Elijah, with your claim to nobilityyou’re no better. All of you,you’re a curse on this earth, stretched out over generations. If you’ve come to plead for your life…I’m sorry. You’ve wasted your time.”
　　Rebekah痛苦的闭上了眼睛，Esther看着自己唯一的女儿，眼里似乎有隐约的泪光闪过。
　　Rebekah哽咽的说: “You are our mother…”
　　Esther: “… It shouldn’t have been a thousand years, Rebekah. No one should live that long.”
　　Rebekah: “But I haven’t lived at all.”
　　Esther: “…I’m sorry. But I have to do this.”
　　“Bullshit.”
　　冷淡的声音从众人身后传来，下一秒，Angel出现在圆圈之外，跳跃的火光映在他的眼睛里，就像冰下的火焰， “Witch’s duty is to set balance to the nature. But every witch in the world should do this. Not you.”
　　Esther: “I started this. I should be the one to finish.”
　　Angel: “You’re their mother. And you don’t even know what that means.”
　　Angel随手把胸口插着匕首、满脸灰色青筋的Mikael扔在地上，冷笑: “Here’s your husband. The one you actually killed. How’s that wife of the millennium.”
　　全身无力的Damon忍不住挑起了嘴角。
　　Angel的讽刺Esther全当没听见，她平静的说: “Before we do the exchange, I have another proposal you might be interested.”
　　Angel冷冷的说: “Make it quick.”
　　Damon忽然有一些心里不妙的感觉。
　　“You don’t belong to this world.” Esther一开场众人就是一惊， “I know you tried to make your way back. However,you do choose to stay and turn yourself into a vampire.”
　　Angel: “What’s your point？”
　　Damon不妙的感觉越发强烈。
　　Esther: “I can send you back.”
　　Klaus忍不住往前半步，Damon的手狠狠攥紧。
　　而Angel仍旧面无表情，语气平稳的说: “A vampire can’t go to another world.”
　　Esther: “Actually, nobody can, except you.”
　　Angel: “Why.”
　　Esther: “Because you are Angel. You are the perfect creature in every level. Time and space is the most mysterious thing. But no matter how many different worlds alive, there’s only one you. Louis can come because he is so close to you. There’s an emotional tied between you two. Angel,you are unique.”
　　Angel语气不变: “I’m honoured.”
　　“You don’t understand.” Esther向他走近一步, “Not onlyyou can come back,you can choose the time when you back. Think about it Angel. You would know what’s going to happen. Only this time,you can set things right.”
　　Angel愤怒的说: “Don’t you dare say that.”而Esther坚持的看着他，Angel的表情终于露出一丝迷茫，微微垂下了眼帘。
　　Damon闭上了眼睛，手中紧紧攥着的绒面小盒好像突然长出了无数尖刺，扎穿了他的心。
　　很痛。

　　白房子附近的树林。
　　卷发女吸血鬼猛地停下了脚步，似笑非笑的看向树林的某一处。
　　“You know, I’m actually surprised to see you here. Do we even have the same agenda？”
　　一个男子慢慢走了出来。

　　女巫白房子前。
　　见Angel不说话，Esther又强调了一遍: “You got a second chance with the man you love.”
　　Angel好像被惊醒一样，在火光映衬下显得格外浓密的睫毛抖了一下，随后他抬起头，轻声说: “The man I love, is right behind you.”
　　Damon猛地睁开了眼，无数尖刺瞬间化成了蜜糖，甜的让他想流泪。
　　这是最终回了吧？
　　Angel微微摇了摇头，轻声说: “I’m not going anywhere.”
　　Esther微微皱起了眉: “Are you sure？”
　　“Esther, don’t even portent you know anything about love. As a lover you betrayed your love, as a wife you unfaithful to your husband, as a mother you tried to kill your children at least twice, as a witch you created vampire. Now you took an irrelevant person to threaten your son.” Angel摇了摇头, “How dare for you to say they are the curse？ They learn from the best.”
　　驱逐无望，Esther后退了一步。
　　Finn望向Esther，见她点了点头，抓起Damon走向圈边。
　　Finn: “On the count of 3. 1, 2…3.”
　　两人同时将受伤的人一扔，Finn接过了Mikael，Angel一把抱住了Damon。
　　Angel后退几步，掏出血袋喂到Damon嘴边，手指都在颤抖。
　　Damon大口大口吞着鲜血，一手紧紧握住Angel的手。
　　喝干一袋血后Damon轻呼了一口气，立刻被Angel抬起下巴吻住了，猝不及防间差点被最后一口血呛到。
　　Angel的吻凶猛的像咬，Damon手指插进他的头发里，在Angel停顿时小声说： “I know, I know… You’re gonna get me a bell…”
　　Angel笑了，用一种抱大娃娃的姿势把Damon紧紧抱在怀里。

　　女巫的白房子背面。
　　Katherine皱了皱眉，看向默默站在不远处的Stefan。
　　Katherine: “You sure you want to do this？”
　　Stefan: “…”
　　Katherine: “Do I even have to ask if Elena know about this？”
　　Stefan意义不明的轻哼了一声: “Since when do you care？”
　　Katherine细长的眉一挑，说出口的却不是讽刺或挑逗的话，她安静的说: “I loved you Stefan, I loved Damon too.”
　　Stefan一顿，他抬起眼看着Katherine，突然意识到，他很久没有真正“看”着她了。
　　Katherine: “Humanity is a vampire’s greatest weakness. No matter how easy it is to turn it off, it just keeps trying to fight its way back in. sometimes I let it.”
　　Stefan: “I can’t let it all back in. I don’t want to. Not after everything I’ve done.”
　　Katherine笑了: “Of course you’re not.”
　　她看了一眼远处隐隐的火光，歪过头对Stefan说, “Do you know what’s the difference between Angel and all of you？”
　　Stefan: “？”
　　Katherine: “You all knew what Elijah had done for me, but he’s the only one who would ever tell me the truth.”
　　Stefan若有所思的看着她，Katherine却只是不在意的笑了笑，一闪身不见了。

　　白房子前。
　　在Angel抱着Damon后退的时候Klaus就上前一步，而圈里的Esther和Finn却根本不再管圈外的所有人。
　　Mikael被放在五芒星正中，Esther低声吟唱起冗长的咒语，Finn拔出了Mikael胸口的匕首，在Mikael即将醒来的一刹那将一个银色的木桩刺进了自己的心口。
　　Rebekah发出一声惊叫，始祖兄弟上前一步，火炬疯狂的窜高，Finn流下的鲜血滴进了Mikael胸口，他发出一声痛苦的呻吟，全身燃起了火焰。
　　一道雷电在众人耳边炸响，Finn随着火焰化成了灰烬，Esther咒语的声音也缓缓停了下来。
　　一只火炬上的火焰熄灭了。

　　女巫的白房子。
　　Bonnie匆匆从窗边退开: “We have to get to the basement now, Abby.... Abby？”
　　隔壁房间里，Abby被卷发的女吸血鬼捂住了嘴。
　　Bonnie慌乱的四处寻找，却被突然冒出来的Stefan拦住了。
　　Bonnie: “Stefan what’s going on？！ Stefan？”
　　Stefan静静的看了Bonnie半晌，轻声说: “I’m sorry.”
　　隔壁房间里，Katherine暴长的犬牙咬开了自己的手腕，粗暴的塞进了Abby嘴里。Abby挣扎着发出呜呜的声音，黏腻的血液被灌了进来，Katherine双手一扭，再干脆不过的拧断了她的脖子。

　　白房子前。
　　Elijah安慰的握住了Rebekah的肩膀，Damon挣扎着直起身想把Angel挡在身后，Angel扳住他的肩膀，随时准备冲上去。
　　Mikael脸上的死灰以一种非常缓慢的速度退去，暗红的血丝诡异的爬了上来，Klaus咬牙切齿的说: “What did you do to him？！”
　　Esther没有理他，Angel小声说: “She tied Finn’s blood to him.”
　　Esther极浅的冷笑了一下: “I heard you can read every language in the world. Now I believe it's truth.” 她低下头看着自己的丈夫, “We share our blood as a family. With Finn’s death, the bloodline was cursed. When he wakes up, Mikael will kill everyone with the same blood.”
　　Angel: “The whole original family in that case.”
　　Esther: “Yes. The last one would be himself.”
　　始祖兄妹默默相视，Elijah走上一步，坚定的说: “We don’t have mother or father. Not since a thousand years ago.”
　　Rebekah: “We have each other.”
　　Esther仿佛根本没有听见什么，又吟唱起一个咒语，Mikael身上的血丝明亮了几分，蔓延的速度更快了。
　　Angel皱紧了眉，始祖兄妹略微分散开，各自做出戒备的姿势。
　　不能让Esther完全对Mikael的转化，一旦完成Mikael就变成了拥有终极武器的□□，或者说，一个杀人机器。
　　该怎么让仪式停下来？
　　吸血鬼或巫师，你只能成为其中之一。
　　Angel头顶灯泡一亮——我真是太蠢了，竟然现在才想到！
　　Angel身体弹了起来一样闪身要走，Damon也猛地站了起来想要跟上。就在下一秒，剩下的四只火炬火光突然颤抖了起来，无形的风卷起地上的落叶，吹乱了地上的五芒星，Esther停下了咒语，慌乱的看了白房子一眼，咬牙想要继续。
　　Damon伸手抓住Angel后退了两步: “What’s happening？”
　　火炬摇晃的越发剧烈，Esther大声说: “Sisters! Do not abandon me!!!”
　　Angel喃喃道: “Oh, clever girl…”
　　火炬最后一闪，猛地全部熄灭了，Esther不甘心的望着天上的满月，生气迅速的消散，最后颓然的倒在地上，死去了。
　　而地上的Mikael脸上的死灰还没有退净，Nicklaus反应极快的冲进圈内，抄起地上的银色木桩扎进了Mikael的心脏。
　　Katherine和Stefan从白房子里冲了出来。Stefan抱着哭泣的Bonnie，Katherine抓着不省人事的Abby。
　　一阵火光随即卷过了Mikael的身体，就如Finn一样燃烧了一阵，最后化为再普通不过的粉尘，只剩银色的木桩静静的躺在地上。
